Falcon Infosystems is a systems integrator for ELV systems, active and passive IT infrastructure, and mechanical services. We are based in Pune, with a branch office in Delhi NCR, and we deliver projects pan-India. We have more than 10 years of experience in electronic security systems.

Approach
How we work
We start every engagement with a site survey, because a design made without seeing the site is a guess. From the survey we produce a system design and bill of quantities, so you see exact equipment, quantities and cost before committing. We customise every solution to the customer's requirement rather than pushing a standard package. After commissioning, we provide 24/7 support and keep our response time to a minimum, with AMC options for long-term cover.
When we are not the right fit
We are candid about scope. If you need a single camera fitted and are happy with a DIY kit, an integrator is more than you need. We also do not take on standalone civil work — trenching, masonry or structural jobs outside a systems project belong with a civil contractor. If your requirement is not one we should handle, we will say so and, where we can, point you in the right direction.
