Falcon Infosystems is a systems integrator based in Pune, with a branch office in Delhi NCR and projects delivered pan-India. We work across ELV systems, active and passive IT infrastructure, and mechanical services. We have over 10 years of experience in electronic security systems. Our clients include commercial buildings, housing societies, malls, industrial establishments, SMEs, banks and government bodies.

Process
How a project runs
Site survey
We visit your site, walk every area with you, and note entry points, cable routes, existing infrastructure and risk areas. You get a clear picture of what your site actually needs, not a generic quote.
System design and BoQ
We prepare a system design and a detailed bill of quantities: camera positions, panel locations, cable runs, and specific makes and models with pricing. You know exactly what you are buying before any work starts.
Installation and commissioning
Our engineers install, wire, configure and test every device. We commission the full system with you present, hand over documentation and passwords, and train your staff or facility team on daily use.
AMC and support
After handover we stay available on 24/7 support. An annual maintenance contract covers preventive visits, breakdown response and consumables planning, so the system keeps working years after installation.
